We regret the inconvenience being caused to you. There could be a few reasons for not allowing fresh funds to be loaded in your Prepaid Account.

  • Please check the status of your account. If it states “Pending KYC” - As per the revised guidelines, Customers who have not provided their Aadhaar or other KYC details, are not allowed to load funds in their Prepaid Account.

  • You may also face this issue if the fund loading limits for your specific KYC category are being exhausted. Please wait till the 1st of the next calendar month to load funds.

  • Verify the card or bank details for authorizing the funds.
