We understand your concern and would like to assure you that your money is safe. If the transaction fails and the amount is deducted from your other bank card or bank account but not appearing in your PayGyft Prepaid Account – it means that the transaction has failed while being transmitted between your bank system and PayGyft system. In such a case, please wait for 5-7 working days to let the money get credited in your card/bank account. You are also advised to contact your bank for expediting the process.


In case your bank confirms that the funds have been successfully transferred (settled) to PayGyft, please obtain the transaction reference number and provide it to us so that we can trace your funds.


This process may take a couple of days but would like to assure you that we will work towards ensuring that your funds remain safe.
