All these three types of status for the user cashback can be stated as:

Pending Cashback: When the user transaction is reported for the very first time from the Merchant’s Site/outlet the amount that the User is about to receive is shown as “Pending Cashback”.
Confirmed Cashback: It is the amount that the User can now withdraw from our website/app. This happens when the Merchant confirms that the transaction has been completed from the Members side and the merchant has received a confirmed order.
Declined Cashback: It generally happens when the User returns the product back to the Merchant or simply cancel it.
